My dear friends; This year, thankfully nearly at an end, has been unusually chaotic and difficult for my wandmaking avocation. I have been overwhelmed with orders, and-- since I am but one woman, and no great Firm-- have fallen far, far, behind. Not only has my "real job" gotten in my way, but I had a system crash and lost a great deal of information, which had to be painstakingly retrieved-- by me, and I am not the world's best technician... I have issued refunds, offered apologies, and accepted reprieves of deadlines with much gratitude.
I am very lucky that my client?le are normally patient people. But I know very well that I am presuming on far too many people's patience. Therefore, I must refuse any further custom orders until I can clear some of my backlog. To those who have lost patience entirely, please contact me with your complaints so that I may attempt to placate you!
