These lovely old stones are captivating, with their irregular shapes, and approximate sizes- between 1/2 and 3/4 inches, on average. They are not cut any more- The Indian gem-cutting industry creates more profitable items now. We will miss the naive charm of these pretty stones.

Among the many gate and jasper combinations are Carnelian, Moonstone(ish), Smokey agate, Mossy agate, bloodstone and something that might be Obsidian.
You may pick a color preference, of whitish, reddish, yellowish, brownish or greenish, all are charming!
