I finished it today. This wand was begun on the full moon, so it has a lot of emotional power, it will be excellent for spells of celebration, protection, and energy. It is just beautiful! The Wizard who commissioned it sent me a crystal to set in the handle- from the Himalayan mountains, it is nearly as sparkly as diamond. I laid silver and gold leaf behind it, to throw the light back through it. The handle has Gold, Silver and Copper leaf detailing. It is almost gaudy, but very regal.
